The 2.950" PPG AICS Detachable Bottom Metal for the Remington 700 short action replaces the factory bottom metal. It is precision machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and features a durable black anodized finish.

* Please beware that when purchasing this bottom metal because of the width of the magazine well, there is only ONE Accuracy International magazine that works with this particular model. (AI-4267 AE MKI) and it must be modified slightly

NOTE: This is designed as a drop-in for most BDL- style trigger guard inlets. However, due to variations in stock manufacturing, some minor inletting (can be done with sandpaper in most cases) may be required
