This cutter is designed specifically to cut a space for the extractor in the barrel for Winchester Model 70 Controlled Round Feed Actions. Features 6 cutting flutes and a 1/2" diameter drive shank. Cuts the extractor cut in the breech end of the barrel for the Winchester 70 Controlled Round Feed action.

Gunsmithing Required: Yes

Notes: Shank diameter .500" 6-flute cutter. Cutter width is .421"-.426", Standard radius.


NOTE: All PTG Reamers and Cutting Tools are designed to work with petroleum-based lubricant. Water-based lubricant can give acceptable results, however the life of the tool will be reduced. For best results use petroleum-based lubricant.
