These carbide steel reamers are used to lengthen the forcing cone to lessen recoil and provide better patterns. Reamers are suitable for use in chrome lined barrels, come with a removable bushing and are capable of cutting forcing cones up to 2.9" long. Shank is 1/2" with 7/16" flats, overall length is 12".
NOTE: All PTG Reamers and Cutting Tools are designed to work with petroleum-based lubricant. Water-based lubricant can give acceptable results, however the life of the tool will be reduced. For best results use petroleum-based lubricant.
